The resort on Serenity Island (Kadavulailai Island) is a convenient, yet secluded paradise, only a short boat ride from Viti Levu (Fiji’s main island). The 48-acre tropical island is the closest private island to the mainland and a short trip by boat to and from Port Denarau.
All 23 of our bures are designed to provide you with nothing but the best amenities to make you all the more comfortable. We have two room types ranging from Beach Front and Palm View. Should you require more space and grandeur, our three Ocean Breeze family bures, will be a perfect choice.

Be it a high-level business meeting or a romantic beach wedding, Fiji is an ideal destination for both corporate and social events which we would love to host for you. While Serenity Island Resort offers versatile indoor and outdoor venues, our dedicated event planners will ensure your corporate function, social gathering or fairytale wedding will be just the way you want it. Our qualified and always friendly staff are available to show you our very special turtle sanctuary where we nurture our little turtles until they are ready for the big ocean… We also offer a walk through the Island where you will be introduced and learn about all the amazing medicinal plants growing naturally on the Island…extremely interesting! You also have the option to go out on day tours to surrounding islands to go lunch, swim, snorkel etc…all this can be arranged at our friendly concierge desk. With that said, Serenity is one of the very few Islands in Mamanuca with the richest and most incredible reefs teaming with breathtakingly beautiful marine life, only 500 meters off shore. There are numbers of water-based activities that can be enjoyed around the Island. Active holidaymakers with a love of nature will feel right at home here, surrounded by a lush of marine life guests can feed fishes and turtles or Kayak around our beautiful island. Snorkelling Equipment, Kayaks and Stand Up Paddle Boards are all free for guest staying on the island.

Our dining venues are designed to provide not just satisfaction to your taste buds but your eyes as well; it comes with stunning views of the Pacific Ocean. Succulent seafood, delicious international favourites, exotic local fare and an exquisite selection of wines are all yours to savour! We offer a full breakfast buffet in our open-air restaurant, Vonu (turtle in Fijian) where you enjoy the breathtaking view of our ever inviting ocean. Lunch and dinner are absolutely a must – you will be spoilt for choice from local traditional Fijian cuisine to an array of seafood or for the serious meat lover…the choices are endless. We also cater for special dietary needs, be it gluten, sugar or dairy free. Just send us your requirements when making your booking.
