Working closely with our dedicated landscaping team, local farmers and award-winning suppliers, every ingredient is individually selected for seasonality, quality and flavour before making its way into our kitchen and onto the diners` plate.
With this commitment in mind, our team of chefs are constantly striving to produce dishes that pay tribute to the Earth, Sky, Heat and Water from which they come.
Sky Villa features 2 beautifully designed bar areas. The downstairs bar, located near the pool area is great for relaxing whilst catching up on the latest televised sporting event.
Sky Bar was designed to showcase the spectacular views. With ample seating areas, it shares the space with a funky pool. Take in the view while enjoying a cocktail or two!
