Love at First Sight
Nestled between the Lake District National Park Heritage site and within the Yorkshire Dales you will find this beautiful cottage set in the most stunning scenery. If you love the peace and quiet and enjoy the great outdoors then this is the place for you. Amazing walks from the front door, award winning pubs just 2 miles away and a unique chance to join the farmer in their day to day jobs.

We understand that you need time together and if your looking for that special stay we make it our job to make sure you have the most amazing time and never want to leave. From Champagne, chocolates and when in season local grown flowers to fluffy dressing gowns and slippers for that all important trip outside to the wood fired hot tub where you can view some of the best dark skies around.
Your Stay
We promise to make your stay as memorable as we can, whatever the weather the countryside always looks breathtaking. The cottage is snug and warm even on the coldest of days. We would love for you to come and experience this part of the world for yourself
What to Do
In the immediate local area there are breathtaking walks for all levels - from riverside strolls to hikes across the moors. The local market town of Kirkby Stephen is even Cumbria’s first ‘Walkers are Welcome’ town. With delightful cafes, great pubs and plentiful farmer’s markets dotted around, it’s a magnificent area to explore. And with the Lake District just ten minutes down the road, you have two National Parks to choose from.
The Food of Love
Here at Stay Lambing Live we are very passionate about food, why wouldn't we be we produce it! Supporting local farmers is the best way to sample the Great British Food, we have an amazing award winning gastro pub just 2 miles away serving local food. If your just after a quick bite to eat then a walk across the fields to our nearest pub is always a treat. There are also lots of farmers markets locally with breads, meats, cheese, jams and so much more.
