Package Policies

TERMS & CONDITIONS • 20% deposit of the total accommodation charge is required when making the reservation in order to secure the booking. • Full payment is required 45 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.

CANCELLATIONS Cancellations must be made in writing and conditions of cancellation are as follows: • Less than 14 days prior to confirmed arrival date = 100% cancellation fee • 15 to 44 days prior to confirmed arrival date = 50% cancellation fee • 45 days and more prior to confirmed arrival date = loss of deposit
