Package Policies
A pro-forma invoice will be prepared including accommodation, to guarantee the booking , a 10% non-refundable deposit on total room accommodation and venue, plus tax and service charge is required upon confirmation. A further 50% will be required 60 days prior to arrival and the balance 40% is payable 30 days prior to arrival. All other additional expense consumption as well any other additional food and beverage request must be settled prior to departure from The Sanctoo Villa.
Any cancellation occurring within 60 days of arrival are subject to full forfeiture of deposits paid. Cancellation occurring outside the 60 days cancellation period will forfeit the 10% non-refundable deposits.
For all pre-arranged food & beverage, unless otherwise notified in advance by the client, The Villa hall provide services only for the guarantee number of guests requested by the Client as stated in the preceding paragraph. For convenience sake, The Client shall notify the Villa in writing, at three days before the function date of the decreased number ofguests to be served In any event, The Client agrees to ay for the contracted guaranteed number of guests notwithstanding the fact that the number of guests ctually served is less the contracted guaranteed number of guests and should the number of guests actually served exceed the number of guests guaranteed the client agrees to pay the charges perguests for the additional guests to be served overand above the guaranteed number.
In the event of any natural disaster (force majeure) a 20 % non refundable deposit will be taken from the total invoice. Or this 20% will be credited as a deposit towards any future function. No other cancellation fees will apply.
