The experience begins with predinner drinks and canapés at the bar. Here, the unexpected unveiled, adorned in the finer things of life– a meticulously curated wine cellar, matched in loft by the impressive cigar collection and top shelf spirit selection. More than just a journey of the palate, Apéritif serves up a complete sensorial experience.

  • Please note that our dress code is smart to formal attire, but don't worry, the restaurant is fully air-conditioned for your comfort.
  • Your table will be reserved for 30 minutes after your reservation time.
  • Finally, If you have any queries, dietary requirements, or if it is a special occasion please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your requests (24h hour advance).

CHILDREN As Apéritif is a fine dining degustation experience, only children over 10 years and with a sophisticated palate are permitted. We do not provide any children's menu.

Addon Policies

Your reservation will not incur any charge if cancelled more than 24 hours prior to your booking time, via email to res@aperitif.com Cancellation of a reservation within 24 hours of booking time will incur a charge of IDR 1,000,000 per person. For no show and no cancellation email sent, the full amount of the booking will be charged. Where a deposit was required at the time of booking the deposit amount will be deducted from your final bill. All deposits are non-refundable. Your credit card will show the charge as VICEROY BALI.
