BRING YOUR OWN Cascades is famous for its exquisite food therefore consumption of outside food is not allowed. You are welcome to bring your own wine but it is subject to a IDR 450,000++ per bottle corkage fee..

SPECIAL REQUESTS Our kitchen is happy to cater any special requests or dietary requirements, please notify our wait staff in advance of your arrival. If it's a special occasion, please let us know and we will endeavour to honour your special requests but cannot always guarantee this.

RESERVATION REALLOCATION Cascades will hold your table for a maximum of 30 minutes after your reservation time, at which point we will release the table to other diners in the event of no show or late arrival. If you would like to have pre-dinner drinks in the Cascades Bar to enjoy our spectacular view, we advise arrival 30 minutes to 1 hour prior to your reservation time.

DEPOSITS In some cases a Deposit is required (IDR 150,000 per person for regular meals and IDR 250,000 per person for a special culinary events and Romantic Candlelight Dinner). Deposits will be deducted from your final bill. Your credit card statement will show the charge as VICEROY BALI. All deposits are non-refundable
