We would be really happy to host your Big Day & wedding holiday in our villas over the period May-October each year!
Just kindly clarifying that a full block-booking of all units in either complex of ours (the original Villa Brio or the newest Villa Brio Exclusive) is required on wedding occasions for a minimum 7-night stay.
The above block-booking policy allows for any kind of wedding celebration to take place on the grounds of the villas with no extra venue fee to be charged for up to 50 guests attending.

Original complex Villa Brio complex: consisting of 4 villas, offering accommodation for up to 32 pax while celebration space in Villa 4 garden/pool area for 100+ pax. Villa 1 (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; for 6-8 guests) Villa 2 (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; for 6-8 guests) Villa 3 (3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms; for 6-8 guests) Villa 4 (including both the House & the Waterfront Residence Suite, in total 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC; for up to 8 guests)
Newest complex Villa Brio Exclusive complex: consisting of 3 villas, offering accommodation for 24 - 28 pax while celebration space in Villa C garden/pool area for 150+ pax. Villa A (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; for 6-7 guests) Villa B (4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms; for 8-9 guests) Villa C (5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms; for 10-12 guests).

Nestled on the edge of Skala’s renowned long sandy beach, Villa Brio complex is a mere 40-minute drive from Kefalonia’s International Airport.
A leisurely 20-minute walk takes you to the village center, bustling with a diverse array of restaurants, bars, food shops, bakeries, and essential services like a pharmacy and medical center. Also, gift shops, car/bike rentals, ATMs at one’s disposal.
The complex boasts direct access to the crystal-clear waters through a private deck, offering an ideal beachfront experience.
Furthermore, a secluded beach lies adjacent to Villa Brio, accessible via stairs, with the broad sandy expanse of Skala Beach starting just 200 meters away.
Closest restaurant found at 100 meters from your villa and a supermarket conveniently located within 300 meters further.
The area is a haven for water sports enthusiasts, with facilities for scuba diving, boat hire, and more.
For those interested in land activities, mountain biking, horse riding, sea kayaking, and trekking are available within a 30-minute drive, while tennis is available in nearby hotels.
Guests can always enjoy walking or cycling along the coastline, which is smartly lit up at night.
The Port of Poros, 10 km away, serves as a gateway for island exploration by sailing.
Although a car might not be necessary for local exploration, it is recommended for those wishing to discover the island’s natural beauty.
For local commutes, taxis are readily available, offering a swift connection to Skala village for a nominal fee.
Notably, the Villa Brio complex is just a kilometer away from our newest addition, the Villa Brio Exclusive complex, easily reachable by a pleasant 10-minute coastal walk.
The Food of Love
The closest and warmly recommended restaurant is located just opposite our original Villa Brio complex and is called "Old Times"; we would also warmly recommend “Sugaro” for great ice-cream and “Ammos Beach Bar-Restaurant” for chilling out… both located a little further on the coastal road to Skala! Additionally, “Sunrise” fish tavern at the end of Skala beach & “Anemos” restaurant at Mounda/Kaminia beach are worth visiting for a special meal!
