• Hiking and Picnic: From Argegno take the funicular to Pigra where you will have a magnificent view of the Lake. Picnic (lunch-box with champagne) at the top of the mountain. Then back to Villa Balbianello (by foot through mapped-out paths), whose garden were used for the James Bond film “Casino Royale”
• Hiking experience:Enjoy the incredible Lake Como scenery by foot. You will have a magnificent view of the Lake. There are many Alpine destinations and mapped-out paths, in age-old woods, the utmost in natural beauty at all times of year.
• Idyllic cruise: This is an opportunity to visit one of the lakes most iconic villas and garden by private boat. On the way back we will stop on Comacina Island, famous for its history and legends.
• Shopping experience: If you love shopping, do not miss Fox Town Mall, the temple of elegance and luxury, with 160 stores, boutiques and prestigious name in the fashion world.
• The Secret Garden: When you enter through the gate you will have a flood of emotions. You will know you have discovered a rare and exceptional place. Dating from the XVII century, the Villa is constructed on a spur of a cliff from which it dominates the ravine at the bottom of which runs a river, strengthened from high waterfalls. It is a home that speaks to your soul, welcomes guests and says, “Here, you will be inspired.”
• The stars of Lake Como cruise: An idyllic cruise viewing the glorious villas of Lake Como, where great international films have been shot
• Wine Tasting: You will discover the most delicate fragrances of Lake Como Region. This is an excellent opportunity to both taste and understand about true Italian local wines

Services included: -Guest Relations available throughout the stay at the villa. Highly personalized one-of-a-kind experiences for the guests organized by our in-house concierge - Welcome drink and fresh flowers - Buffet “Welcome Dinner “ provided on arrival (up to 20 people) - Cook service for dinner (food and beverages not included). The cook will also buy all the necessary food which is to be paid for directly in cash at the end of the stay. An amount of € 1.500 is to be paid upon arrival as a deposit. The chef will be available to the guests throughout their stay at the Villa. - Daily Continental Breakfast service (bread, marmalade, butter, tea, milk, coffee, orange juice, croissant, cereals, cheese, ham) - Unlimited Wi-Fi internet connection - Daily housekeeping service: 3 hours – 3 ladies in the morning (except Sunday and on Public Holidays) - Daily change of towels (except Sunday and on Public Holidays) and twice weekly change of bed linen - Once weekly change of pool towels - Luxury bath products (Hermès – Eau d’Orange Verte) – daily replenishment - The normal use of water, electricity, A/C, heating and cooking gas - Pool heating (from mid-May to mid-September) - Garden and pool maintenance - Pets allowed at no extra

Package Policies

The Client shall pay a non-refundable deposit of the total price for reservation (Percentage: 30 %). The balance of the contract price is due a minimum of 10 days prior to the date of service. The total amount paid is not refundable even in case of bad weather conditions.
