Package Policies

15 days before your arrival date a deposit of 50% of the total amount will be charged on your credit card to confirm the booking. Cancellation policy:

• For cancellations within 15 days before the stay, no penalty will apply.
• For cancellations from 14 days down to 48 hours before arrival date the hotel will charge 50% of the entire stay.
• For cancellations from 48 hours before arrival date the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.
• in case of late cancellation, the hotel will charge the total amount of the reservation.
• In case of no-show, early departure or late arrival, the amount of the entire booked reservation will be charged
