At the arrival You will find included in the rental:

  • all consumption, wood for fireplace, candles, rose petals in the exclusive private SPA room and on the bed

  • Late check out the day of the departure (12 a.m. instead 10 a.m. )

  • If you will choose to rent Bonfigli apartment it has a private SPA room

  • Pinturicchio villa-apartment rental has a private lovely panoramic terrace and just a jacuzzi bath

  • Perugino charming villa-apartment rental has 2 full bathrooms, 2 showers and a jacuzzi bath

All the three villas have lovely romantic fire places in the living room.

  • The special price range is for 3 nights and 2 people.
  • For 3,4,5 or 6 people there are rental discounts over 50% off !!!

To make a formal reservation we require the non refundable 40% of the total special rental offer. Balance at the arrival.
