Your experience begins with a welcome aperitivo prepared with the authentic flavors of our Borgunto Farm, and a complimentary bottle of local wine awaits you in your room to celebrate your arrival.
Each evening, we deliver to your apartment our sweet breakfast box, lovingly prepared with our km0 products. Inside, you’ll find our homemade peach or strawberry jams, toasted rusks, coffee, tea, sugar, butter, and our artisanal fruit nectar — crafted on the farm and available in apple, pear, peach, or strawberry flavors. You can enjoy it whenever you prefer, whether in the room, by the jacuzzi, or outdoors surrounded by nature.

Package Policies
The reception is open daily from 2:30 PM to 7:30 PM, so in-person check-in is possible during these hours. If you're arriving later, there's no problem; remote check-in can be arranged with the balance and documents in advance. The staff will contact you to proceed as described above. Pets are allowed: a €20 supplement is required, valid for a one-night stay up to a maximum of one week.
Linens are included, as are shower gel and hand soap; shampoo and conditioner are not provided. Cleaning is done once a week, with a linen change. If requested earlier, an additional charge of €10 per person is applied.
-Rates vary based on the season, number of guests, bungalow type, and the selected period. Free cancellation is possible up to 72 hours before arrival. Cancellations after this time will result in a full refund. Please contact the property to check rates and availability for your dates.
