-Arriving from 18 April 2018 – 18 Dec 2018: 25% nonrefundable deposit taken 3 days prior to arrival -STAYING from 19 Dec 2018 – 4 Jan 2019 (even if arriving earlier): 10% penalty if cancelled 120 days or more prior to arrival. We take a 50% deposit 120 days prior to arrival and a 50% non-refundable deposit 90 days prior to arrival.

-Arriving from 5 Jan 2019 - 17 April 2019: 50% nonrefundable deposit taken 14 days prior to arrival

-Arriving from 18 April 2019 – 18 Dec 2019: 25% nonrefundable deposit taken 3 days prior to arrival
