Zanzibar White Sand Luxury Villas & Spa offers couples an intimate wedding package that can accommodate up to 8 guests.

The package includes: a romantic flower arrangement and sparkling wine for the couple, a relaxing bath set up for 2 under the palm trees, a 3-course lunch or rehearsal dinner for all guests excluding drinks, romantic decoration at the location of the ceremony, a bridal bouquet and boutonniere for the groom (simple, local flowers), a non-religious ceremony and a commemorative certificate, sparkling wine and canapes after the ceremony, a Wedding 3-course dinner set up for the guests attending in one of our venues excluding drinks, and many other romantic extras.

For the couple on their wedding night we include a romantic turn-down bed with rose petals and champagne waiting on ice. Plus, as our wedding gift to you we give you a night's stay in one of our luxurious villas. The next morning enjoy breakfast in bed overlooking the stunning Indian Ocean before checking out.

Before the wedding:

Package Policies

TERMS & CONDITIONS: • For all wedding packages: minimum stay 2 nights. • The proposal offer is available to guests not staying at the hotel. • Packages excludes: Accommodation, document legalisation fee and wedding officiator, drinks during included organized lunch and/or dinner. • Supplements are available at a charge. SPECIAL NOTES • Blissful wedding: an intimate party with music can be organized until 11 p.m. This time has been set in consideration of the other guests staying in the hotel. • Majestic wedding with the privatization of the hotel: a party with music can be organized until 1 a.m. • The time of the parties and celebration must be confirmed with the hotel at least 30 days in advance. CONDITIONS • Payment: 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. The balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. • The signature of a contract and payment of the deposit is required to confirm the booking of your event. TO BOOK: contact@whitesandvillas.com +44 20 4525 4022 • All additional costs incurred and confirmed during the event with the contract partner will be reviewed and re-confirmed. • Invoices for additional charges for guests staying will be reviewed, confirmed and paid at check-out of respective guests staying. • A final invoice including all additional costs will be issued upon departure and the balance (if any) must be paid within 15 days. • The final guaranteed number of guests for ceremonies and functions is to be submitted at least 30 days prior to the event. The number of guaranteed guests 30 days prior to the event will be billed accordingly even if the final number of guests falls short on the date of the function. Additional guests outside of the pre-agreed number shall be chargeable. CANCELLATION TERMS • 90 days or more prior to arrival: 30% cancellation fee applies • 89-61 days prior to arrival: 50% cancellation fee applies • 60-31 days prior to arrival: 60% cancellation fee applies • 0-30 days prior to arrival: 100% cancellation fee applies. No-show or unexpected departure: 100% cancellation fee applies EVENT COORDINATION • The resort does not allow any third party to make any changes within the resort area/venue without any acknowledgement by the resort management. • Placement of banner, billboard, flower board or signage must be approved by the resort management prior to installation

Price: $2500 base price for the event (including set-up and ceremony). Up to 8 guests may join at an additional charge below: • $200 per person for guests not staying at the hotel • $100 per person for guests staying at the hotel The rate includes: pre-wedding lunch/dinner, sparkling wine and canapes after the ceremony and dinner after the wedding ceremony, - excluding drinks.
