  3. Arrange the details: We personalise music, décor, and special touches.

Package Policies

Weather Policy: Experiences depend on weather conditions. In case of rain or strong winds, your experience may be rescheduled or adjusted to an indoor version (subject to availability).

Booking: A 50% booking fee confirms your date. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the experience.

Cancellations: - Free cancellation within 14 days of booking. - Cancellations made up to 72 hours before the scheduled date may incur a 30% fee. - Less than 72 hours before the event, bookings are non-refundable. - No refunds for no-shows.

Rescheduling: If bad weather prevents your experience, you may reschedule within 6 months, subject to availability.

Image Use: Amor em Cena may capture photos or short videos during your experience. Non-identifiable images (such as décor, setups, or silhouettes) may be shared on our website and social media. Any identifiable photos will only be shared publicly with your consent.

Privacy: All personal data and image rights are protected in full compliance with GDPR regulations.

Liability: Amor em Cena is not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by force majeure, weather, or third-party issues (e.g., transport or photography).
