Package Policies
Our houses are available year-round. The low season spans from October to April, while July and August are considered high season. May, June, and September are shoulder seasons. Most of our houses require a minimum stay of 7 nights, but we also offer options for 3- and 4-night rentals. Rental prices range from €90 to €1200 per day.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation before 60 days of the arrival, the deposit is fully refundable. In case of cancellation between 59 to 30 days before the arrival, the deposit of 30% is Non-Refundable. In case of cancellation from 29 days to arrival date, the payment of the reservation is Non-Refundable.
Terms and Conditions
-Children up to 2 years old are free of change in a use of a baby cot -Children from 3 years old are charged by the adult daily rate. There is no charge for a baby cot. The baby cot is upon request. Parties and events are upon request. Pets are upon request.
Payment Policy
Upon confirmation the 30% of the total amount must be paid in order to Secure the reservation. The remaining amount of 70% must be paid 30 days (1 month) before the arrival in order to Confirm the booking.
