Centrally located yet far removed from the island’s more populated beaches, Beach Enclave North Shore is one of the most exclusive and virtually private, white-sand beaches on Providenciales. Ranging from 6,500 to 7,700 square feet, the four- to five-bedroom villas are tucked within an exquisite ten-acre beachfront enclave.

Each home is surrounded by lush, tropical vegetation, ensuring both privacy and a picture-perfect setting. Inspired by an open Caribbean living concept, these elegantly appointed residences blend indoor and outdoor spaces with expansive, floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors, multiple terraces, private infinity pools and outdoor showers. Each villa has an ocean-facing, state-of-the-art kitchen that is fully equipped for dining and entertaining. Guests have the option to hire a personal chef for a special occasion or for the entire duration of their stay, with all meals served by their butler.

Each beachfront villa offers its own secluded, private beach area. Features include a wooden sun deck shaded by natural vegetation, a private summer kitchen, a cozy fire pit and an outdoor shower. The ocean view villas distinguish themselves with stunning 65-foot elevated views. Each has its own dedicated beach area and private sun deck located just a short distance away by foot.
