*Weather Safety: * The safety of our guests is our top priority. In the event of inclement weather or unsafe conditions, Doursailing reserves the right to cancel or reschedule tours. If a tour is canceled due to weather conditions, guests will have the option to reschedule for another available date or receive a full refund.
*Refund Policy: * Refunds will be processed using the original method of payment. Please allow up to 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
