Mykonos Elegant Honeymoon Vacation 8 Days
DAY 1: ATHENS
Arrive at Athens international airport where you’ll be met and transferred to your hotel where you can spend the rest of the day relaxing.
DAY 2: ATHENS HALF DAY CITY TOUR
Enjoy the remarkable landmarks of the fascinating city of Athens. With your expert guide, explore the home of the first of the modern Olympic Games in 1896, along with an eclectic mix of the city’s most famous landmarks. Discover cultural gems such as the colourfully uniformed Euzones guarding the Prime Minister’s residence, Parliament, the National Library and educational institutions. Immerse yourself in the ancient history with a visit to The Propylaea, the Temple of Athena Nike, the Erechtheion and the monument that is the Parthenon. End your Athens tour with a visit to the Acropolis and its new museum.
DAY 3: ATHENS – MYKONOS
An early start with a ferryboat to Mykonos, enjoying the Athens Riviera in the Saronic Gulf along the way. Take in the view of the Temple of Poseidon in Cape Sounion while enjoying the sun soaked deck and the on board delights.
DAY 4: MYKONOS Spend a lazy morning together enjoying the unique sights of Mykonos with a walking tour around this wonderful town before ending your adventure by retiring to your hotel for the evening.
DAYS 5 & 6: MYKONOS
Known as the Ibiza of the Aegean, Mykonos is an incredible destination to celebrate your honeymoon. With beautiful sandy beaches and incredible nightlife, it’s the perfect mix of pleasure and peace. Spend 2 days exploring all that Mykonos has to offer, whether that’s the ancient shrine of Delos, the inviting maze of picturesque streets or the incomparable nightlife.
DAY 7: MYKONOS – ATHENS Travel back to the port and hop on the ferryboat to Piraeus before heading back to your Athens hotel of choice.
DAY 8: ATHENS – AIRPORT Make last minute honeymoon memories on your final day before heading to the airport.
