Package Policies

Booking Deposit: A 30% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 60 days prior to arrival. Bookings canceled within 60 days of the start date are non-refundable. Payment Terms: Full payment is required 60 days prior to arrival to secure all accommodations, transfers, and experiences. Changes to Booking: Any requested changes to dates, accommodations, or experiences must be submitted in writing at least 30 days before arrival and are subject to availability. Additional fees may apply. Optional Experiences & Add-Ons: Private chefs, wellness treatments, extra excursions, and other upgrades are not included in the base package and will incur additional charges. Local Taxes & Fees: Standard accommodations, transfers, and included experiences cover all local taxes and service charges. Any extra services, meals, or beverages are subject to local VAT and fees. Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended. The provider is not liable for cancellations, delays, health issues, or unforeseen events. Late Arrivals & Early Departures: No refunds are available for late arrivals or early departures. Missed experiences may be rescheduled when possible, subject to availability. Flights: Flights are not included in the package. Any upgrades, additional baggage, or extra services are the responsibility of the guest.
