Our highly experienced Field Guides will take you on twice daily drives through the Olare Motorogi Conservancy in open vehicles and on a typical game drive you are likely to spot wildebeest, elephants, zebra, lions, leopards, and that’s just for starters. The game experience continues back at the camp as it is set just above one of the area's few year-round watering holes, ensuring great game viewing from the dining tent and your luxury tent.

From bush BBQs to champagne picnics and sun downers our team will treat you to a wide selection of African and international menus. We use locally sourced produce, flavours and spices to deliver something truly memorable. In the evenings, dinner might be served in the main dining tent - communal dining style, out in the bush or somewhere private just for two. We also have some surprises to make it extra special for you and your partner.

Cost per couple:

• High Season-(20 Aug to 31st Oct 2024): Usd 12,900
• Low Season-(1 Nov to 19th Dec 2024): Usd 8,500

Package Policies 1. Bookings • Upon booking confirmation, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required to confirm the booking. You will receive a formal invoice stating the amount to be paid. • The remaining balance must be settled 45 days before the tour departure date. • Please note that the deposit amount and time frame for the balance may be subject to adjustments based on varying suppliers such as hotels and airlines policies. • For bookings made within 30 days of the departure date, full payment is required at the time of booking. • On Receipt of full payment, you will receive the confirmation vouchers for hotels, domestic flight tickets where applicable, temporary evacuation cover membership number etc. 2. Honeymoon Kindly note that the honeymoon package will be applicable once we receive a marriage certificate valid for 06 months from the wedding date. 3. Payments Glamping Africa Tours Ltd accepts payments in Kenya Shilling and US dollars and through various modes of payment including cash, bank transfers, and credit card payments. • Bank Transfers: Glamping Africa Tours Ltd. will share the bank details on the invoice. ALL bank charges are to be paid by the client. • Credit Card: All credit card payments will attract a surcharge of 3%. Pesapal offers safe, reliable, and user-friendly option for collecting credit card payments. VISA, MasterCard, Amex are pesapal supported. • Cash: If payment is made in foreign currency cash, the company will share the applicable exchange rate. 4. Price Variation The prices indicated are applicable for the specified periods; however, they are subject to modification without prior notice in response to Government actions, such as increases in, Park and conservation fees, hotel taxes or VAT, or in cases where prices are substantially impacted by unforeseen circumstances beyond our influence. These prices are calculated based on the prevailing exchange rates at the time of publication and may change if there is a significant fluctuation in exchange rates. 5. Health and Safety Emergency Evacuation. While all the Glamping Africa Tours safaris are insured with AMREF Flying doctors Evacuation cover, it is important to note that this ONLY covers air and ground evacuation situations in case of a medical emergency and DOES NOT cover medical expenses. It is highly recommended you travel with your comprehensive health and travel insurance covers 4. Cancellation Policy The subsequent cancellation charges are applicable. In the event of a cancellation, it is imperative that you promptly communicate this to Glamping Africa Tours in writing. In such circumstances, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellation fees are as follows: – Cancellation more than 90 days before the scheduled date: Deposit forfeiture – Cancellation between 90 and 60 days before the scheduled date: 50% of the total cost – Cancellation between 59 and 31 days before the scheduled date: 75% of the total cost – Cancellation between 30 days and the day of departure: 100% of the total cost.
