Package Policies

Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days before the proposal date. After that, a 50% cancellation fee applies. No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of the proposal date.

Payment Terms: A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the proposal date, with the remaining balance due 14 days prior to the event.

Additional Charges: Any additional requests or modifications to the proposal package, such as extra services or bespoke elements, will be charged separately and must be paid in full before the event.

Taxes & Service Charges: All prices are subject to VAT (Value Added Tax) of 22% and any local taxes that may apply depending on the region.

Accommodation Fees: If the package includes accommodation, hotel or villa costs are subject to availability and may vary depending on the selected venue and season.

Transport Charges: Any transportation outside the included package (e.g., additional transfers or vehicle upgrades) will be charged separately.

Additional Guests: Any extra guests attending the proposal dinner or celebration will incur an additional fee, which will be provided at the time of booking.

Weather Conditions: If the proposal location is outdoors, we will provide alternative indoor arrangements in the case of bad weather. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is canceled by Italian Knot.

Late Arrivals: The proposal event will begin at the agreed-upon time. Any delays may impact the schedule and could result in reduced experience time, but will not warrant a refund.

Custom Requests: Special requests, such as custom floral arrangements or unique entertainment options, are available for an additional fee and subject to availability.

Force Majeure: Italian Knot is not liable for changes or cancellations caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions. In such cases, we will work with the client to reschedule or provide alternatives.

Event Modifications: Any changes to the package must be made no less than 14 days before the proposal date. Late requests may result in additional fees and a change in availability.
