Package Policies

– Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date – 50% cancellation fee for cancellations made 15–29 days before arrival – 100% cancellation fee for cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival or no-shows – Full payment due at the time of booking to secure venue and suppliers – All prices include VAT unless stated otherwise – Local taxes, tourism fees, or venue permits may apply and are payable on location – Optional add-ons (e.g., music, video, extra photography) are priced separately and subject to availability – Guests are responsible for ensuring valid travel documents and insurance – Elopement ceremonies are symbolic unless otherwise arranged with legal officiation – Changes to styling, location, or timing must be confirmed no later than 10 days prior to the ceremony – Non-redeemable for cash; components are non-transferable once confirmed
