Package Policies
1A . « LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA » RESPONSIBILITIES **
LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA understand that its role will be that of advisor and coordinator. THE BRIDAL COUPLE will make the actual selections of service providers and LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA will implement those selections. LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA responsibilities include :
Unlimited consultations via email /telephone /face to face meeting. Unless specified, an extra cost will be added for travel expenses if the meeting is more than 50 miles trip from LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA office.
Assistance with budget and breakdown of cost, discussion of theme, style and complete wedding design.
Research of wedding professionals in each category that fit the event style and budget and to provide suggestions and guidance in making the final selections. The BRIDAL COUPLE will allow LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA to verify each contracts with selected vendors before signatures.
Attendance at meetings with suppliers/service providers as requested.
Visit to the ceremony and the reception site prior to the wedding.
Provide a detailed timeline to suppliers/service providers and bridal party.
Contact with all suppliers/service providers along the process and 1-2 weeks before the wedding day.
LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA will use its professional judgment when taking action in regard to changes, weather, tardiness, nonperformance, based on the situation, time limitations and/or THE BRIDAL COUPLE wishes. In the event of any supplier/service provider’s cancellation, as stated in section 6,
LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA may substitute a new supplier/service provider with or without advance notice to THE BRIDAL COUPLE at its discretion and any additional costs to be paid by THE BRIDAL COUPLE.
Please note that the services listed above do not include running any wedding related errands such as picking up or delivering attire, supplies or equipment, documents, etc. THE BRIDAL COUPLE will rely on LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA to work as many hours as may be reasonably necessary to fulfil the obligations under this agreement.
*2A . « THE BRIDAL COUPLE » RESPONSIBILITIES *
THE BRIDAL COUPLE responsibilities include :
Paying suppliers directly. All suppliers/services contract will be between the bridal couple and the supplier/service provider. LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA can pay vendors on behalf of THE BRIDAL COUPLE if needed.
Unless specified, Incur the cost of travel expense, on the wedding day, that will be calculated depending on location, if the Wedding venue is more than 50 miles round trip to LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA’s office.
Any items needed for the wedding (ceremony & venue) must be purchased by the bridal couple in advance. LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA can to do the shopping, but payment will be due before purchasing.
Notify any changes in a timely manner, LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA shall not be held liable for any changes made by the BRIDAL COUPLE or their selected service providers.
Provide contact names, telephone numbers and any scheduled timetables for all service providers involved in the wedding ceremony/ reception no later than 14 days prior to the wedding or upon the signing of this letter.
LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA encourage the BRIDAL COUPLE to subscribe to a 'valuable personal property insurance'. And can't be held responsible for the loss of any valuable items given to them, unless It has been previously agreed and signed by all parties for a specific item such as Rings and Jewellery.
LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA gives permission and shall allow THE BRIDAL COUPLE to use any photographs/videos in which they appear.
THE BRIDAL COUPLE gives permission and shall allow LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA to use any photograph of them, the wedding ceremony/reception setting for viewing on his website for promotional purposes only.
The photographer’s name/website will be promoted underneath the photos. This agreement can only be modified in writing and all changes must be agreed and signed by all parties, or by the acknowledgment of email received by both parties.
THE BRIDAL COUPLE agrees to pay LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA a service fee of 8 000 € all taxes included . Any mutually agreed additional services , LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA may incur is to be paid by THE BRIDAL COUPLE.
THE BRIDAL COUPLE is responsible to pay LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA as per contract. In the event payment hasn’t been received within two weeks of being invoiced, LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA reserves the right to cancel the contract and your wedding date & time may be re-booked by other parties, without exception and without notice. Payment will still be due to avoid legal action.
THE BRIDAL COUPLE will make payments directly to the service providers/vendors and not to LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA who do not accept any commissions from recommended vendors and cannot guarantee any service provider’s performance or product.
If litigation occurs, it occurs in the jurisdiction where LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA office is located, 231, Rue Saint Honoré 75001 Paris, France - and the winning party will be reimbursed for attorney and legal fees and court costs.
• For wedding budgets of up to 50 000 € : Minimum Fees or 15% of the managed budget
• For wedding budget of 51 000 € - 200 000 € : 15% of the managed budget
• For wedding budget over 200 000 € : 12% of the managed budget
Payment schedule will be done as follow :
• First payment as a deposit ( due at acceptance of this proposal ) : 40%
• Second payment ( due before the 01/03/2016 ) : 40%
• Third payement : 20% Sales Taxe
• The final invoice will be issued based on the final budget managed, to be paid 7 days before the event, or upon arrival in France. Once invoiced, Payment have to be made by bank transfer or PayPal ( The client is responsible for the 3.9% Paypal fee ).
Prices are quoted all taxes included. Sales tax in France is 20% and is payable on products and service. The percentage will be calculated upon final budget, approved by the client, 12 days before the event.
This agreement will terminate automatically upon completion of the services required by this agreement.
Any modification made to this contract must be made in writing and signed by all parties.
In the event the BRIDAL COUPLE is forced to change the date of the wedding, every effort will be made by LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA to transfer location reservations, sub-contractors.
The BRIDAL COUPLE agrees that in the event of a date change any expenses including but not limited to deposits and fees that are non-refundable and nontransferable are the sole responsibility of the BRIDAL COUPLE.
There may also be additional charges above and beyond those set in the original contract.
THE BRIDAL COUPLE further understands that last minute changes can impact the quality of the event and that LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA is not responsible for these compromises in quality.
If THE BRIDAL COUPLE changes the date/location of the wedding and the wedding planner is unavailable to provide services, then the wedding planner is released from all contract obligations and shall in no way be held responsible or liable for non-performance.
THE BRIDAL COUPLE also forfeits all costs for non- compliance with this agreement.
LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA will always do its best to find the top suppliers wherever the wedding location is, but we cannot be held responsible for any supplier/service provider’s performance or product.
THE BRIDAL COUPLE may cancel this agreement, in writing, for any reasons.
If the wedding is canceled, refunds are limited to unearned fees, funds in excess of unused or non-refundable fees and out-of-pocket expenses. If this contract is cancelled after 2 months, 50% of the remaining payement will be due to LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA.
If THE BRIDAL COUPLE cancel less than 15 days before the wedding – except for the death of a member of the immediate family – all wedding planning fees are due and non refundable.
Deposits are non refundable and any earned fee will have to be paid in full within 30 days of cancellation.
Should LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA be unable to perform any specific tasks in the planning of a wedding, due to the wedding planner illness or hospitalisation, unearned fees will be refunded and we will do our best to find a substitute Wedding Planner.
LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA reserves the right to cease providing services and goods and to cancel commitments incurred for the client and to treat this agreement terminated if the client is in arrears on any payement due to S LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA, or if the client hasn’t responded or agreed or taken part on the planning process at three months prior to the event.
LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA is not responsible for any events preventing the wedding to happen, such as fire, flood, earthquake or any other natural or human acts.
If an act of God , of any of the previous stated condition shall cause the cancellation the wedding; LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA will require payment only for the time actually spent planning THE BRIDAL COUPLE’s wedding.
This proposal is based on an initial consultation and is valid 15 days, beyond this deadline, LE SECRET D’INDIRIHYA cannot guarantee its availability, nor its pricing.
