Your Stay
Whether you are visiting for a few hours or a few days... You can drive to us or we'll be happy to pick you up in Castelmola in our traditional 3 wheel car - the Apea. When you arrive we'll have a beautiful A-frame tent waiting for our overnight guests... and a very warm welcome for everyone. Our beautiful open air kitchen will prepare you local delicacies and gourmet dishes with fine local wine, and our number one goal is for every guest to enjoy every second of their stay.
We are environmentally friendly and we respect the gifts of mother nature from watching the stars... enjoying our peaceful environment with no pollution... and spending the quality time with people we love. Stay with us for to create special memories in total privacy and harmony.
What to Do
As a chef I always invite my guests to join me for a cooking class, and we are happy to recommend and organise excursions from wine tasting, boat trips, cheese tours, local attractions, beach trips and many more.
Guests can take a walk of 50 minutes to Castelmola the nearest village or Taormina (one of the most famous cities in the world) which is another 25 minutes of walk from Castelmola. (A quick drive to the city is also perfect for guests looking to do some shopping, or visit the many bars and restaurants.)
The Food of Love
Les Saveurs Trina Cria became famous for my gourmet flavours, a blend of French Sicilian Italian. Healthy but always delicious, our meals at les Saveurs Trina Cria only use the freshest ingredients in all our food. People from around the world come over to taste my cuisine. And being very conscious about health I decided not to use anything frozen, tin or jar because of all the added artificial colours and preservative. This December I recently launch my book les Saveurs Trina Cria adventurous journey.
I offer unique dining experiences including luxury picnics, dinner under the stars, aperitif at sunset... and my inspiration is always to create special lifelong memories for my guests packed with an abundance of flavour.
