Due to weather conditions (if the Lisbon Port is closed for navigation):

• Full refund of the amount paid.

Cancelled by the customer:

• Cancelled up to 8 days before event: refund of 90% of amount paid.

• Cancelled less than 7 days before event: refund of 50% of amount paid.

• Cancelled less 24 hours before event: without refund.
