CANCELLATION Cancellations should be transmitted by e-mail and the cancellation policy is: • 30 days and more: No Fees • 15 to 29 days: 100 USD per person. • 04 to 14 days: 50% of the tour package • 01 to 03 days: 80% of the tour package • No Show: 100% of the tour package.
