Package Includes

• Ceremony date booking.
• Ceremony organization & coordination.
• Ceremony consulting & planning.
• Pre-wedding meeting with the couple.
• Expertise for island orientation & information.
• Supervision throughout the event.
• Officiant (Registrar or Celebrant).
• Official duties (valid for civil weddings only).
• Wedding certificate (Memorabilia - not official).
• Transportation for the couple with luxury vehicle (two hours on disposal).
• Professional Photographer (1 hour and 80-100 photos delivery).
• Tripod to record the ceremony (15 mins delivery of raw video).
• Arch (3 options to choose from, variety of flower colors).
• Bouquet & buttonhole (4 options of style, variety of colors)
• Witnesses (two if needed).
• One bottle of sparkling wine with two glasses for the newlyweds.
• Bottled still mineral water and hypoallergenic refreshing wipes.
• Speaker to play recorded music throughout the event.
• Town Hall registry appointment & help with the registration of the wedding (if needed).

Package Policies

• Any cancellation 60 days prior to the event date will result to 50% refund of the total cost of the package
• This package is ideal for last minute elopements.
• For Civil Weddings in Greece, there are various legal papers you should collect beforehand.
• There is no legal recognition of a Symbolic Wedding.
• In case children attending the event, Marryposa Royal Events bears no responsibility for them, the parents or an authorized carer must always supervise them.
• No food is provided throughout the event.
• Photographer included in the package is in random choice upon availability among our cooperative vendors.
• Flower arrangements included in the package are based on seasonal flowers.
• In the package there is no privacy as the event will take place in a public area and we cannot deny access to the public.
• Beauty services can be provided at extra cost.
• Any other decorative services can be provided at extra cost.
• Photos & video delivery is 8-10 weeks after the event.
• Legal papers (at the official wedding) delivery is 6-8 weeks after the event.
• Upon confirmation Marryposa Royal Events will provide the couple with the list of all the legal documents required for any Official Wedding.
• Whatever service is not mentioned in the package, is not included.
