Package Policies

• Cancellation Policy: Free cancellation up to 30 days before arrival date. A 50% cancellation fee applies for cancellations made 15-29 days prior to arrival. No refunds for cancellations made within 14 days of arrival.
• Deposit Requirement: A non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total package price is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations made within 30 days of the travel date require full payment at the time of booking.
• Changes to Itinerary: Changes to the itinerary after booking may incur additional fees. Any requests for modifications must be submitted in writing.
• Additional Charges: Guests are responsible for any additional charges incurred during their stay, including but not limited to extra meals, spa treatments, and activities not included in the package.
• Taxes and Fees: All applicable taxes and service fees are included in the package price. However, park entry fees and activity fees may be subject to change and are payable directly to the respective authorities at the time of use.
• Travel Insurance: It is highly recommended that guests purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances, including trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and lost luggage.

• Check-in/Check-out Times: Standard check-in time at the hotel is 2:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
