Rose of Sharon have been planning stellar events since 1999. Our staff are professionally trained and are an Affiliate member of the Association of Certified Professional Wedding Consultants. This affiliation certifies that we adhere to the ACPWC Code of Ethics and that we have completed their certification courses and processes.

Romance
Rose of Sharon can coordinate a romantic Engagement, intimate elopement, exquisite wedding, or memorable vow renewal, serving you and your guests in a spirit of excellence; which includes a romantic garden setting, hotel, public park or beach ceremony and reception, or a ceremony and reception on a private yacht. The romantically soothing sounds of the steel Pans, violinists or harpist rafting through the air as the tide ebbs and flows on the beach as the elegant longtail birds welcome you to the shores.
Your Stay
Your stay can consist of any one of the welcomingly quaint bed and breakfast with beautiful gardens, seaside guest house or cottage or flagstaff hotel offering scenic views of the South Shore beaches or picturesque Great Sound and Gibbs Hill Lighthouse. Staff at these locations exist to cater to your every need, with the friendly smiles, jovial greetings and Bermudian hospitality for which we are known. The offerings of Bermuda breakfasts and other tantalizing meals are cooked to your dietary needs.
What to Do
You and your guests will enjoy a mirade of activities. Explore the art galleries, nature trails, underwater displays, parasailing, deep sea charter boat fishing, jet skiing, bell diving, snorkelling, swimming, tour the island by taxi, bus, ferry, rent a pedal bike, an auxiliary cycle of the newly introduced two seater mini cars. Step back in time as you stroll the centuries-old brick streets of the Town of St. George, Bermuda's former capital and a UNESCO World Heritage site. The well-preserved historic town and nearby fortress make St. George's and the East End a haven for British colonial architecture, history and culture.
The Food of Love
Whether it is a romantic breakfast, lunch, picnic, dinner, or other event catering, Bermuda's tantalizing cuisine which reflects its rich and diverse history and heritage blending English cuisine and Portuguese cuisine with preparations of local seafood species, particularly wahoo and rockfish is just waiting for you to taste it. Traditional dishes include codfish and potatoes served either with a hard boiled egg and butter or olive oil sauce with a banana or in the Portuguese style with tomato-onion sauce, peas and rice. Hoppin' John, pawpaw casserole and fish chowder are also a specialties of Bermuda. If you are a lover of food, your palate will also be treated to such flavours as Indian, Chinese, Italian, Korean, West Indian, Irish, just to name a few.
