Day 1: Arrival Dubrovnik
Arrive in Dubrovnik. One of the most recognizable destinations in Europe and the World. You are met at the airport and transferred to your hotel, located near Dubrovnik Old Town. Free evening for rest. Hotel: Villa Dubrovnik 5* Optional: Dinner can be organized in nearby Old Town once you settle and rest in your hotel.
Day 2: Dubrovnik Kayak and tour including Breakfast and Lunch
Explore Dubrovnik from another perspective. After breakfast experience sea kayaking around the Dubrovnik old town. Learn about the “cursed” island of Lokrum, swim in a secluded cave…Later after freshening up in your hotel lunch will be organized followed by private tour of Dubrovnik old town. Irish author George Bernard Shaw wrote, “Those who seek paradise on Earth must come to Dubrovnik.” The Old Town, protected by city walls, fortresses and bastions, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. A walk along the ramparts reveals a view of the enchanting Elafiti Islands. Stroll the cobblestone streets with your local guide to admire Onofrio fountain, the city bell tower, and numerous medieval buildings. Free evening Hotel: Villa Dubrovnik 5* Optional: private cooking class can be organized in the morning outside of Dubrovnik in a traditional house followed by afternoon guided tour of Dubrovnik. Pick your ingredients right from the garden and enjoy preparing it with your hosts. Choose wild spices, dug your fingers into the bread mixture, lick some olive oil and blend it all into a rural ambience. Transfer to and from the location of the cooking class will be provided. Day 3: Dubrovnik-Omiš-Split
Pick up in the morning and 2h transfer to Omiš and surrounding villages or once known as Republic of Poljica, located 30min away from Split. Centuries ago, the autonomous and democratic Republic of Poljica stretched between the rivers Cetina and Žrnovnica. Being fond of good life, its people used everything that nature had to offer. Soparnik, too, is made of several original groceries found in local vegetable patches. It is prepared on an open hearth that every household used to have. At first prepared on church holidays only, over time it became a tradition and a true heritage of the region. The Poljica soparnik is now included in the list of intangible cultural heritage of Croatia, with a protected geographical indication. After demonstration and tasting of Soparnik experience rafting, zip lining or both on the river Cetina and its canyon. By experiencing this demonstration, you will contribute to preservation of this ancient dish and support local community. In the late afternoon transfer to Split, free evening. Hotel: Hotel Park 5*
Day 4: Split includes Breakfast & Lunch
Your day will start with a private walking tour of Split's city center with your guide. The city of Split has evolved over the centuries. Split offers a perfect mix of history and modern influences, amazing ancient Roman architecture infused with modern bars, restaurants, and vibrant life. Visit Diocletian's Palace, UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was originally built as a residential summer palace for the Roman emperor, and Split's open green market. Lunch will be organized in the old town of Split. Free afternoon and evening. Hotel: Hotel Park 5*

-Nearby UNESCO protected town of Trogir can be included in the guided part of the day (30min away from Split) with addition of ancient Roman city of Salona just outside of Split. Lunch can be organized in Split or Trogir depending on the schedule. Trogir is a short 30-minute drive north of Split. A small and quaint medieval town connected by a bridge to the mainland. Founded in the 3rd century BC by the Greeks, later rulers were Rome, Byzantium, Venice, and Austria but the deepest cultural expansion has been left by the Croats. Trogir is still very well preserved and is on the UNESCO"S World Heritage list. The city of Salona was built in the 4th Century BC and is situated 9 km from Split on the mouth of the River Jadro and was the capital of the Roman province of Dalmatia and the birthplace of Roman Emperor Diocletian. 244-311 AD. Day 5: Island of Hvar Experience -Winery tasting and lunch. Includes Breakfast & Lunch
After breakfast catamaran ride to Hvar(1h15min). World famous island with history dating back to Ancient Greek times and sunniest island of Croatia with amazing food and wine heritage. Private guided tour of Hvar town followed by scenic drive across the island to Hora. "The Stari Grad Plain”, also known as Hora or Ager, is the oldest, continuously farmed agricultural site on the Mediterranean islands. It is such an impressively preserved testament to the Ancient Greek period that it was added to the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites in 2008. There In local farmhouse wine tasting and lunch will be organized. Ecological, traditional production will be the center piece of the experience. Enjoy relaxing walk throughout the estate and taste their local olive oil, smell the lavender that they grow and of course taste their wine paired with traditional dishes. Day 6: Split - Velebit mountain ranch includes Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner
After breakfast transfer to Velebit luxury mountain ranch. Arrival around lunch time and after some settling in the afternoon horseback riding through surrounding nature will be organized. Wranglers at the Ranch are well versed in natural horsemanship and love sharing their passion for horseback riding with guests of all different experience levels. Depending on the weather conditions dinner can be served al fresco. All the food at the ranch is organic, fresh, local, and even 2 beers are produced at the ranch. Day 8: Tour of Plitvice Lakes - Zagreb includes Breakfast
After breakfast private guided tour of the NP Plitvice Lakes(3-4h). Breathtakingly beautiful, Plitvice Lakes is UNESCO World Heritage site and oldest national park in Croatia. The waters flowing over the limestone and chalk have, over thousands of years, deposited travertine barriers, creating natural dams which in turn have created a series of beautiful lakes, caves, and waterfalls.
