13-day Foodie Celebration through Croatia (Couples or Group Trips)

Day 1: Zagreb-Brtonigla, Istria includes Breakfast & Dinner

After your flight arrival to Zagreb private tarnsfer to Istria region, one of the most beautiful parts of Croatia, often called Tuscany as it once was. You will be transferred to small town of Brtonigla, location of one of the best boutique hotels in Croatia, hotel San Rocco. Apart from being a heritage hotel, Member of the Association des Jeunes Restaurateurs d’Europe, the gourmet restaurant San Rocco finds itself on the top of the Istrian and Croatian cuisine scene. Day 2: Day at your leisure

Relax at the hotel pool, enjoy wellness area, discover small hilltop town of Brtonigla or walk the olive and wine roads and you will learn why Istria is called Terra Magica. Heritage Hotel San Rocco 4*

Day 3: Istria Experience- Truffle Hunting, Motovun, Winery wine tasting includes Breakfast & Lunch

In the morning you will go and meet your private truffle hunter and his dogs, your companions in your treasure hunt in local woods. Experience firsthand what it is like to search for this amazing mushroom which enriches dishes to sublime quality. Later you will go to Motovun, overlooking the Mirna River valley, surely the most famous and attractive Istrian medieval town. This captivating hilltop town is one of the characteristic symbols of the Istrian peninsula. Motovun is surrounded by vineyards from which the finest Istrian wines, white wine Malvasia and red wine Teran, are produced. After tour of Motovun you will have your truffle-based lunch in local tavern. There you will have traditional lunch which incorporates world famous Istrian truffles. Following lunch, you will visit excellent local winery where you will have tasting of Istrian wine and olive oil. Return to Brtonigla in the early evening. Heritage Hotel San Rocco 4*

Day 4: Transfer to Zagreb with NP Plitvice Breakfast & Lunch

In the morning, after breakfast, you continue your discovery of Croatia and drive back towards Zagreb with stop at Plitvice Lakes National Park. Breathtakingly beautiful, Plitvice Lakes is UNESCO World Heritage site and oldest national park in Croatia. The waters flowing over the limestone and chalk have, over thousands of years, deposited travertine barriers, creating natural dams which in turn have created a series of beautiful lakes, caves, and waterfalls. Walk on wooden bridges and drive on electric boats so that you can experience first-hand this nature's wonder. Traditional lunch will be organized after your tour. After late lunch continue to town of Zagreb. Hotel Esplanade 5*

Day 5: Zagreb includes Breakfast

After breakfast private guided tour of Zagreb will be organized. Modern city with Medieval roots, rich withhistory, culture and filled with museums, Zagreb is truly Central European capital becoming tourist destination of itself. After tour lunch will be organized in one of top Zagreb restaurants. After short, guided tour visit to one of the best young fashion designers in Croatia will be organized for private showing. After showing free time for lunch and exploration of Croatia’s capital. Hotel Esplanade 5*

Day 6: Korak Winery experience includes Breakfast and Lunch

After breakfast short ride to Plesevica hills and location of one of the leading Croatian boutique wineries. This family run winery produces small quantities of premium wines and offer full range of styles from still sparkling to orange wines. After wine tasting and tour of the winery fine dining experience will be organized in the restaurant run by the chef of the family, Bernard, who worked in some of the top restaurants in Europe including Osteria Francescana where he worked with Chef Massimo Bottura. Food will be served in the restaurant or on the terrace of the restaurant within the winery, in the shade of hundred years old linden trees surrounded by the vineyards. The courses are designed to faithfully represent traditional dishes from the region, but in a modern and creative way, with seasonal ingredients available from the property and from local producers. Return to Zagreb in the afternoon, evening at your leisure. Hotel Esplanade 5*

Day 7: Zagreb-Split flight and transfer to Hvar Island includes Breakfast

Take the morning flight from Zagreb to Split and depending on availability catamaran or ferry transfer to the island of Hvar. Free afternoon and evening to relax. Maslina resort or Little Green Bay

Day 8: Hvar Island, Blue and Green cave includes Breakfast

After breakfast departure to nearby islands. Visit Blue and Green cave on the islands of Bisevo and Vis and famous Stiniva beach, marvels of nature. Return to Hvar around lunch time to have time to explore the island. *private boat for a day will be charted Maslina resort or Little Green Bay

Day 9: Korcula island exploration includes Breakfast

After breakfast take the catamaran boat transfer to the island of Korčula, birthplace of Marco Polo. Explore beautiful small town of Korčula, visit local winery and taste the local unique wine variety Grk and lunch reservation can be made at Lesic Demitri restaurant, Michelin star restaurant in the old town of Korcula orat Konoba Maha for a more rustic setting. Return to Hvar with catamaran in the evening. Maslina resort or Little Green Bay

Day 10: Transfer to Split including Breakfast

Morning catamaran transfer to Split. Walk the ancient streets of Split and introduce yourself to this vibrant Mediterranean city, 2nd largest in Croatia. Hotel Park 5*

Day 11: Tennis and e-bike ride including Breakfast

Your day will start with a private tennis match near your hotel. Later explore Split. The city has evolved over the centuries. Split offers a perfect mix of history and modern influences, amazing ancient Roman architecture infused with modern bars, restaurants, and vibrant life. Visit Diocletian's Palace, UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was originally built as a residential summer palace for the Roman emperor, and Split's open green market. In the afternoon e-bike ride in the park of Marjan, Splits Central park, with Greyp bikes, produced by Rimac automobili will be organized. Free evening. Hotel Park 5*

Day 12: Šibenik includes Breakfast and Lunch

Pick up in the morning and transfer to your next stop, town of Šibenik. Croatia’s first major coastal and coronation city dating to 11th century, but also a city where the most important Croatian king Petar Krešimir 4th ruled for almost 20 years. We will take you through this medieval town and show you its most important sightings including the most valuable cultural monument in town, Cathedral of St. James protected as a World Heritage Site by UNESCO. After tour of Šibenik short ride to nearby town of Plastovo and famous Bibich winery, once featured in Anthony Bourdains show. There truly exceptional gastronomical experience will be organized. Tasting menu of 13 courses perfectly designed and paired with local wines of the winery. Return to Split in early evening.

  • Optional: In stead of 13 course paring, shorter version of 7 courses that lasts 1.5h can be organized in Bibich leaving time to visit one of the local wineries such as Testament, Baraka or Sladic.

Day 13: Departure day includes Breakfast

Transfer to Split airport for your outbound flight.
