What to Do

• Budget preparation.
• Selecting, identifying, hiring, and arranging the payment of wedding professionals and wedding service providers such as venue, catering services, hairdo and make-up, decoration, photography, videography, entertainment, sound and lighting, accommodation, transportation, and other services.
• Liaise with all the vendors and venue management prior to and on the wedding date in terms of logistics and scheduling of events.
• Develop an itinerary and schedule appointments for any pre-wedding visits, including venue inspections, vendor appointments, food tasting as well as hair and make-up trials.
• Prepare the rundown and itinerary for the wedding event in consultation with the couple and the selected vendors well before the wedding date.
• Coordinate all activities with the venue management and various wedding service providers for a smooth rundown of the wedding in terms of logistics and event schedule.
• Conduct a final meeting before the wedding with all the wedding service providers.
• Assist with the wedding rehearsal at the wedding venue (based on availability).
• A professional wedding event team from Varawedding will stand by (from the beginning to the end of the event).
• Coordinate the event (ceremony, reception on the wedding day, and pre-wedding event) with the venue and vendors, from preparation until the event completion).
• Organize and ensure all service providers are on time.
• Organize all respective issues for all vendors involved during the wedding event.
• Organize guest transportation from the hotel to the wedding venue (the vehicle is not included).
• Coordinate (if necessary) any events on the wedding day that might need to be moved to a backup venue or adjusted due to bad weather. (Availability and additional backup venue based on regulation of the wedding venue).
• Any other services in connection with the wedding shall be mutually agreed upon between parties.

On the wedding day, the professional wedding team by Varawedding consists of: -Person in Charge. -Bride assistant. -Groom assistant. -Family assistants (Groom and Bride’s Family). -Decoration handler. -Sound system and lighting handler. -Food and beverages handler. -Floor Assistant.
