Package Policies

Deposit & Cancellation Policy: Full prepayment is required and will be debited at time of booking. Written cancellation by email, the following charges will apply; within 45-30 days of arrival: 25% deposit penalty, 29-14 days 75% deposit penalty, within 14 days 100% of the deposit. Wire transfer or credit card are options for making deposit; see forms attached. 'No Shows' & early check outs will be charged 100% cost of stay.
