Love at First Sight
Casa Melosa has its own natural water supply; therefore excellent for drinking.
We also have a private tour guide who can pick you up free at the airport if you go on one of the waterfall, volcano, or zipline tour excursions, and, also we have an airport shuttle that can pick you up for small fee if you choose not to go on any tours. Our tours are off the beaten path and they are away from large crowds if you like things private, just ask us and we will set it up!
All inclusive is also offered at Casa Melosa with our private Chef if you need your meals prepared. Our chef IS A PRO AND LOVES TO SERVICE OUR GUESTS! We are baby friendly and have a crib and highchair for the dining table. We also have spa/Masseuse Sevices for your relaxation arranged ahead of time. We also have taxi services in the local area at a reasonable rate, also arranged ahead of time. All you have to do is speak to us in regards to these arrangements. These are extra services of course. So once you make the reservation you will be connected to all my service providers.
We are pet friendly, but if you do have animals that you're going to bring, you must disclose that to us before we accept the reservation. Pets are not allowed in the pool, beds or lounge couch. For your peace of mind, if something needs to be tended to, we will be on it right away.
No smoking in any of our clean, fresh bedrooms. If you need to smoke, there is a cigarette can outside in a designated area.
The property is set up like this. We have 7 bedrooms, with an extra room if need be (no extra cost). Each with 1 queen size bed. The king room has a king bed with an extra single bed as well. It's a block away from the beach. It's a lot size property that is a unique Villa style concept. Open concept but covered. There are 4 free standing available cabin rooms on the ground floor; including my tiny cabin home. One cabin is my tiny home, which can be used if needed. Each room has 1 queen size bed, so you can double up if necessary. In between two cabin rooms is the swimming pool. The other cabin is at the back of the property near the yoga, meditation area. In the middle of the property is the open-concept lounge, bar area that blends into where the pool is. Upstairs of the middle section are three other bedrooms. One is a king suite with its own balcony, it's huge. It has a king size bed with a single bed in there as well. There is also a desk in that room so that if you are a work person who wants to work on the property privately, please do. The Wi-Fi is on the complete property. The speed is the highest because we are registered as a business so we get the perks of having the best speed because of that. The other two rooms across the hall have 1 queen size bed each. Back downstairs at the back of the property is the barbecue eating and lovely kitchen facility and another bedroom upstairs. All beds are new. Each room has its own ensuite washroom, TVs, ceiling fans and air conditioners. At the other end of the property behind the back is the laundry area. We have another bedroom with 1 queen bed upstairs at the back of the property. We do have a washer and dryer that Sandra, our maid uses only. If you need your personal clothes washed, she would be more than happy to wash them for a tip of $10. This way we know who uses the wash machine and there's no issues with it being broken by somebody. The unique sanctuary is an awesome seven-room glamping style Retreat Oasis for any family group, yoga minded retreaters, or even wedding parties wanting to connect in a quiet retreatful environment.
This is a cool cozy place where people can regroup with family or yoga group retreat in a quiet serene Oasis. We have activities on site like workshops, cooking classes, yoga meditation and all the mindful activities to create a healthy relaxed stay. We are more than happy to accommodate any external activities like snorkelling, kayaking, horseback riding, ATV, jet skis or fishing expeditions; just let us know and we will accommodate your requests.
The property is guarded by surveillance for security protection. A really cool little spot to chillax. We are a two-minute walk to the beach called Playa Potrero and all the other seven pristine beaches are within walking distance. There are lots of fruit markets, fish markets and general supplies within walking distance as well as bars and restaurants Etc.
Can host any style group of 14 people.

Destination weddings in Costa Rica (especially on Costa Rica’s beaches) are tropical fantasies by definition. All that’s required are bare feet or sandals, flowing sundresses and, of course, armfuls of tropical flowers. Costa Rica destination weddings reach their exotic potential when the cultures themselves are married; your culture as well as Costa Rica’s Wedding Traditions.
Wedding traditions in Costa Rica are similar in many ways to those abroad. Friends and family gather to witness the vows, which most often occur in a church. The bride usually wears white and the groom a tuxedo. The bride throws her bouquet to unmarried female guests, and the groom shoots her garter to unmarried male ones. Rice is thrown over their heads as they leave the church for good luck. But Costa Rica has traditions that are unique to its culture. Here’s a sweet one if you let us host your wedding for you. A few days before the wedding, the groom, his friends, and a band show up where your bride is staying; which will be our retreat.
A serenade of love songs to her will leave her breathless. Roses are brought into the party! At the reception, there’s dancing, just like in North America. Have it your way in Paradise! Tell us what you want and we will organize it all for you!

Costa Rica is also a great destination for Yoga groups. Our intimate retreat happens to have in house classes at your leisure to open up morning body energy. Casa Melosa Villa is a friendly destination located at Playa Potrero, just steps away from the beach. Join in on a class while staying with us. All refreshments are organic to quench your thirst afterwards.
What to Do
Get out on a kayak for a half day (6:30 – 10:30 am). It’s a great way to spend a morning. Take your sunscreen with you, and of course bait and tackle. Tell us when you want to go and we will arrange it for you or zip along forest trails, splash through muddy streams and climb along the coastal cliffs on this adrenaline-fuelled location of Playa Potrero. Quad biking tour from one Beach to another. Venture off-road on a thrilling 2-hour tour and discover the hidden landscapes of the Golden Coast. Follow your guide through the dry forest, looking out for howler monkeys, iguanas and birds along the way, then reach the coast and soak up incredible views over Tamarindo, Conchal, Brasilito, Flamingo and Potrero beaches.
Our secret, sacred tropical blue coloured fresh water river IS a gem indeed; which is hidden in Costa Rica’s Jungles of the mountains. Its remedial properties from the organic mountain stream watercourse and lush fauna surroundings, aid our mortal gardens own natural capacity to naturally mend for expansive health benefits. The rebalancing of mind, body and human spirit IS definitely replenished in this Oasis!
