Welcome to Casa Melosa; an 8 room intimate Villa style property with lots of space for weddings, birthdays family functions and facilitating areas for group retreats as well. We pride ourselves on private accommodations, gardens and an outside living atmosphere with charm! Our location is incredible, we are close to everything, beach, restaurants, nightlife, super market and Costa Rica’s adventure tours. This is an awesome place with seven rooms for group family retreats, yoga groups, weddings or group parties of your choice. All seven rooms come with ceiling fans, air conditioners, cable TV, internet around the whole property; brand new beds, linens and towels. The Cozy atmosphere in a luxury environment is designed for peace and tranquility. The property is set up like this. It’s a block away from the beach. It’s a lot size property. On each corner of the lot is a bedroom with their own separate washrooms, they look like little cabins. In between two cabins you have the swimming pool. In between the other two cabins is our yoga, meditation area. In the middle of the property the open-concept lounge, bar area blends into where the pool is. There is an upstairs where the middle Rancho style section is; which hosts three other bedrooms. One is a king suite with its own balcony, it’s huge. It has a king size bed with a single bed in there as well. The other two rooms across the hall have queen size beds. Back downstairs at the back of the property is the barbecue dining eating area with a lovely kitchen facility. At the other end of the property behind the back is the laundry area.
