Wine & cheese tasting supper by the fireside
Travel to Burgundy to taste the Pinot Noir, then to Bordeaux to discover the assemblages, then via the grands crus of Beaujolais descending into the Rhône Valley finishing in Provence at Châteauneuf du Pape. Or decide on a vertical tasting of various years from one of your favorite wines. Or remain in the Loire Valley, concentrating on the Chenin whites of Vouvray and Jasnières and the unique Romorantin and of course, the Cabernet Francs. All accompanied by a large selection of cheeses and terroir products.

A similar experience can be arranged with a tasting of three or four different champagnes. Price depends upon chosen wines, and preferences need to be voiced at least a week prior.
