Chateau Romanov situated in the south-east of France in the heart of French Riviera on the west side of Cap d'Antibes, near Cannes. Once you pass the gate, you are transported in the private world of Cap d'Antibes. Its the ultimate experience of the 19th century of the "Belle Epoque" villa, From 1919 to 1929 home to His Imperial Highness Grand Duke Nikolai Nicolevitch ROMANOV of Russia the grandson of the Russian Tzar Nicolas the 1st.

Chateau Romanov is a majestic & romantic dream of a place both serene and comfortable, recently redecorated and elegantly appointed to the lush gardens with stunning sea views on the Cannes Bay.

RENTING COST FOR A WEEK OF HOLIDAY Château Romanov is available for Holiday all the year long (except during events) . Includes:

Four double rooms : - 1 Master Suite Grand Duke with jacuzzi, shower, private WC, on the noble floor. - Three double bedrooms Rooms available at Garden level

For eight persons maximum, for a period of 7 nights arrival Saturday 5pm departure next Saturday before 11 am. - June & September price 8.900 € - July & August price 11,000€ (minimum booking two consecutive weeks) - 1st October>31 May* price 5,600 €

Insurance « all risks » to things & persons to be presented with the balance of payment for a value of 3M €. Déposit of 2.000€ to be given in cash at the arrival at the venue, it will be given back at the departure.

Package Includes

  • 7 nights rental of Chateau Romanov
  • Parking inside the property for 5 cars
  • A maid is available in the villa only for serving breakfast, room making & cleaning for 7 hrs, any additional hours will be paid directly to her at 15€ per hours.
  • All the bath accessories, Air-conditioned Warming in the cold months, in all the Bedrooms, Electricity,
  • Garden with all accessories.Lighted n the evening.
  • Breakfast for all the guests served in the Dining Room.

Package Policies

Payment by wire transfer, 50% to confirm the reservation, 50% 30 days before the arrival in case of short reservation 100% of the renting must be paid max 30 days before arrival, not refundable in case of cancelling of the booking or not showing.
