Situated on the South of France in the heart of the French Riviera on the west side of the Cap d'Antibes, with its mature trees. The Chateau commands the best sea view and is located only minutes away from Cannes.
Once through the gates, you are transported into the private world of prestigious Cap d’Antibes, sheer magic. Chateau ROMANOV is the ultimate experience of a 19th Century Belle Epoque villa, once home to His Imperial Highness Grand Duke Nikolai Nikolaevich Romanov of Russia the grandson of the Russian Tzar Nicolas the 1st, on the eve of the 1st World War, was appointed by Nikolai II Supreme Commander of all land and sea & founder of the Orthodox Church of Cannes.
The luxury decorated apartment is available for up to 8 guests in Chateau Romanov Building offering 450m2 of accommodation surrounded by 1500 m2 of Florentin style Garden, gazebo for summer and a breathtaking sea view.
Or you can come to the Chateau Romanov and host an unforgettable celebration. Up to 150 guests can be seated for dinner in the garden or 80 guests in the Chateau.

Available for a Romantic Holidays, Château Romanov is at once majestic and palatial, whilst also offering intimacy and comfort. Enjoy romantic a lunch or dinner in the gardens with stunning sea views on the Lerins Islands, the Cannes Bay in the background of the Esterel Mountains.
The pergola is also perfect setting for a wedding or renewal of vows ceremony. Be it for large or small affairs, indoors or out, corporate or private, or just being intimate with family and friends – the experience is a truly unforgettable voyage.

Our private residence has recently been redecorated and is elegantly appointed with luxurious fabrics, marbles, gorgeous woodwork and beautiful reception rooms all spilling out to lush gardens.
The Apartment is composed of 1 delightful Master Bedroom Imperial Suite with Canopy bed, Jacuzzi, shower, toilet (our gift to the bride and groom on their wedding night).
In addition, there are a further 3 double bedrooms, available at the garden level for friends or family. Private parking inside the property up to 60 cars.

Discover the Cap d’Antibes
The Cap d’Antibes is one of the most sought after addresses along the French Riviera. It has been the destination of the rich and famous for hundreds of years. Driving along the windy roads, it almost feels like you are in a movie, catching glimpses of rooftops of houses which are surrounded by beautiful trees.
Situated between Antibes and Cannes, the Cap d’Antibes hangs like an anchor in the Mediterranean. On the South of the Cap d’Antibes, the walls become higher and the sales prices increase. The Baie des Milliardaires offers approximately 14 properties with some reaching up to 100 million euros! The best-known property is the Chateau de la Croë, which was famous for having many famous owners and guests, such as the Duke of Windsor during the second world war. The castle is surrounded by 7 acres of land which reaches the sea. It was severely destroyed by a fire in the 1980s, however, was recently purchased by Mr Abramovich that has restored it to its original glory and splendour.
Today, the Cap offers approximately 200 properties and it is funny to imagine that over 160 years ago, it was a barren promontory. It was Gustave Thuret, a Frenchman with a passion for botany, who in 1856 developed the first garden of the Cap. Thuret bought a 7 ha plot of land, imported tonnes of soil to cover the grounds and transformed the space into a magnificent park. This development continued into the next decade as wealthy foreigners built splendid winter residences. Prestigious houses
Cap d’Antibes’ heyday came in the 1920s, when a rich American couple, Sara and Gerald Murphy, discovered the pleasures of summer tourism on the Cap. Delighted with the sandy beaches and the beautiful weather, they persuaded the Hotel du Cap to rent them a part of the hotel to use for lavish parties. Celebrities such as Rudolph Valentino and Coco Chanel followed in their wake, resulting in the opening of the Hotel du Cap all summer- the first hotel to do so on the Cote d’Azur. Villas sprouted up everywhere. One of the most beautiful is the Villa Aujourd’hui, a waterfront property built in 1938 by American architect Barry Clerks. Jack Warner-owned it for several years and hosted Hollywood actors and actresses such as Charlie Chaplin and Marilyn Monroe.
The Roaring Twenties – as the 1920s are locally referred to – have left their mark on the Cap d’Antibes “the atmosphere of the Cap d’Antibes is cool and Boheme”. This area is quite different from the Cap Ferrat, people come here as it is easier going. In the Hotel Belle Rive, at the western entrance to the Cap, the 1920s are still palpable. The Belle Rives is entirely Art Deco and has kept its original furniture. The bar is named after the writer F. Scott Fitzgerald, who spent one summer living here on the royalties of the Great Gatsby.
