Château Romanov is the ultimate experience of a 19th Century Italianate villa, once home to His Imperial Highness Grand Duke Nikolai Nikolaevich Romanov of Russia the grandson of the Russian Tzar Nicolas the 1st, on the eve of the 1st World War, was appointed by Nikolai II Supreme Commander of all land and sea Russian forces.

A romantic dream of a place, majestic, palatial, serene and comfortable, Château Romanov, Private residence recently redecorated and elegantly appointed with rich fabrics, marbles, gorgeous woodwork and splendid reception rooms all spilling out to lush gardens. Stunning sea views on the Lerins Islands, the Cannes Bay in the background of the Esterel Mountains.
The pergola is a perfect setting for ceremony, be it for large or small affairs, outdoor, corporate or private, or just being intimate with family and friends – the experience is a truly unforgettable voyage. It is about 450 m2 of apartment, surrounded by 1500 m2 of a Florentine style garden, gazebo for summer and a breathtaking sea view.

We manage Château ROMANOV this elegant and noble private property, available for high level events, weddings, press conferences, presentation of luxury goods to VIP customers (jewellery, collections, cars, motorcycles, fragrances, etc.), Baptism, Communion, Affirmations, Bar & Bat mitzvah, fashion show, set for films or photo shooting, etc.

SECURE ACCESS

Private in the domain by a majestic boulevard with palm trees, arrival in front of the Château, with private roundabout. Reception of guests via the main door, the passage of catering to the garden is done through a side discreet private passage. Perfect location connected by highway A8,800 mt. from the Grand Hotel Du Cap - Eden Roc & the Garoupe Beach, 8 km from Cannes, (Palais du Festival0, 18 km from Nice (Airport), 50 km from Monte Carlo, 67 km from the Italian border of Ventimiglia

PARKING

Private parking inside the property to 50/80 cars (with valet).

GARDEN: we rent the garden unfurnished as it is completely lighted during the evening , all parquets, furniture, tent, Flowers & any decorations are excluded and are on the cost of the renter. For grill or plancha, Caterer must provide electric generator or use gas grill & plancha for cooking.

Package Includes

• Romanov Castle Rental for events include 1 day of event.
• The service includes the empty garden of 1,500m2 of the Castle & private Parking.
• For several days of event price to be agreed.
• Assembly and disassembly of equipment per supplementary ½ day if necessary, for a longer period ask prices in advance.
• 1 A housekeeper will be always present at the Château for 7 hrs. service.
• During the Cannes Film Festival & Monaco Grand Prix F1 prices on request

BEDROOMS Available:

-1 Suite with jacuzzi on the main floor (offered to spouses only if rental for a wedding). -3 Double Bedrooms at the Garden level (only available if renting for a wedding)

Our Concierge service could take care of booking the nearest hotels or Villa rooms for participants at a price agreed in different categories.

Package Policies

• Installation of decoration can start at 10,30am of the event day and finish at 2 am of the next day.
• All installation of caterer & decoration and cleaning Garden and/or apartment must be done before 2 am.
  
• Furniture & decoration could be taken out on the day after the event.
  
• A housekeeper will be always present at the Château for 7 hrs. service.
• During the Cannes Film Festival & Monaco Grand Prix F1 prices on request
