Package Policies
1.By sending your credit card information you are accepting our reservation and cancellation policies. Your card will be used to guarantee the reservation at the time of booking. We will proceed to charge the total amount for your stay and any additional services acquired 30 days prior to your arrival. Please note that for any reservations made during peak season (Dec 22nd – Jan 06th) we will proceed with the charge of 50% of the total amount due, immediately; this amount is non-refundable. The other 50% will be charged 45 days before your arrival.
Onces the charge has been done any cancellation will have 100% penalty.
Rates do not include breakfast and the 13% taxes.
All rates are based on single or double occupancy. An extra charge is applied per night for each additional person. $30 + taxes for kids over 12 years old and adults and $15 + taxes for kids between 5 and 11 years old. Kids under 4 years old do not have any additional charges. If you need a crib please request it in advance.
5.The check In is at 3:00pm - check-out time is at 12:00pm.
