a gourmet getaway offers a overnight stay in one of our suite blue or orange with a surprise gourmet dinner of 5 courses without drinks.
Our gourmet dinners are prepared only with fresh products. Designed with the greatest care, they highlight creativity and discovery. Our recipes combine Mediterranean culinary traditions with influences from around the world. Refined and rich in various spices, our preparations are an invitation to travel that will delight your taste buds. One of our specialties is to offer many original sweet and savory recipes.
In search of superior quality meats, fish and vegetables, we have chosen organic, natural by sourcing exclusively fresh regional products. Our meats and poultry, from free-range farming, come from small slaughterhouses and family breeding structures in the Cévennes. In addition, all our meats are matured. This maturation work, like the aging of wine or the refining of cheese, requires time (between 12 and 14 days) and unique know-how on the part of the butchers. This step is decisive in obtaining quality meat, tender and with an exceptionally tasty taste.
Our wine cellar houses a large selection of old and recent grape varieties from Languedoc-Roussillon.
Meals take place around our large table designed for 6 people. In a simple and friendly atmosphere, a local dinner will be offered to you. In case of allergies or special diets, we can prepare a suitable menu on request.

After making your reservation, you will receive a confirmation by email.
Your reservation will be valid upon receipt of full payment for your stay (see detailed conditions below) by credit card, Amex, immediate transfer.
For all offers of flexible, promotional, refundable or non-refundable rates and stays with several services (dinners or massages), the full amount will be collected or paid at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation of your stay with a refundable rate 44 days or more before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount will be refunded within 30 days of the payment received from you.
In the event of cancellation of your stay with a refundable rate 45 days or less before the scheduled arrival date, the full amount of the reservation will be due and no longer refunded. In the event of an early departure during a stay of a fixed duration, the full amount of the reservation will also be due.
If you cannot honor your reservation but would like someone else to enjoy it, no other charges will be taken into account.
To meet the needs of possible postponements or cancellations of your booked stays, we offer a 100% refundable rate up to 44 days before your arrival. You will thus be able to postpone your stay without charge until the day of arrival within the next 12 months. This rate is also available on our various promotional offers of your choice (see rates and conditions display outside of the reservation.
Your arrival day is considered the first day of your reservation. Rooms are available from 4 p.m. until 11 p.m. (unless you notify us of a late arrival or if you have booked our Halte Gourmande whose service begins at 8:30 p.m.).
A second email containing a form to prepare your stay will be sent to you. This will allow us to better support and serve you during your stay. You can indicate your preferences for breakfast (all unconsumed products must be thrown away.). You could also book a possible visit to our Halte Gourmande for dinner in the evening or inform us during your stay of other wishes or fill out the police form.
The day of departure is considered the last day of your reservation until 11:30 a.m. A tourist tax of 0.50 euros per person aged over 13 years will be added to the price of the night.
The balance of your stay as well as other services and tables d'hôtes added after the reservation will be paid on site.

The price includes breakfast. If you book our gourmet menu (at 99€), please note that it is offered from 2 people. The Halte Gourmande dinner at 59€ or the Petit Diner Gourmet at 39€ per person excluding drinks can also be ordered for 1 person. For reservations made on the same day of arrival, please call us before 2 p.m. to reconfirm if dinner is still possible. We reserve the right to refuse reservations at short notice as the service of our menus requires prior planning. The costs will be refunded upon arrival. Thank you for your understanding.
For a request for early arrival or late departure, an additional fee of 20€ will be required.
