Take over Linthwaite House and its 14 acres for a deeply personal wedding surrounded by the gardens, woodland and views of Windermere. Exclusively Yours includes private use of the hotel and all 36 rooms and suites, giving up to 50 guests the freedom to celebrate, dine and stay together in complete privacy.

A dedicated wedding coordinator helps shape the occasion, from the ceremony and reception to a menu tasting for the couple. Celebrate with Henrock canapés, a three-course wedding breakfast, carefully selected wine and English sparkling wine for the toast, followed by evening snacks and breakfast together the next morning. Rates start from £31,000.

Package Policies

Valid until the end of February 2027 and subject to availability. Enquiries for dates after February 2027 are available on a rates-on-request basis. Saturday weddings from April to October require a two-night stay. A non-refundable 25% deposit confirms the booking; 50% of the balance is due 60 days before the wedding and the final balance is due 30 days before.
