Seaham Hall is a five red star hotel located in the north east of England and is home to the award winning Serenity Spa.
With 21 individually designed suites in the hotel and two Bungalow Suites with private hot tubs situated in the 37 acres of Seaham Hall, we are the perfect midweek or weekend getaway.

From beautiful beaches and charming cycle routes to Seaham's award-winning 1950's-style ice cream parlour, there's all sorts to see and do in our neck of the woods.
Step back in time and discover Durham Cathedral and the adjacent Durham Castle – together forming a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Durham City, and one of the most stunning city panoramas in Europe. History lovers can experience award-winning attractions in the Vale of Durham, including Auckland Castle and 'Beamish – The Living Museum of the North', or 'Locomotion: The National Railway Museum' at Shildon, where in 1825 the world’s first steam-hauled passenger train departed on its historic journey. In the Durham Dales, you can experience the life of a Victorian miner at 'Killhope – The North of England Lead Mining Museum'.
Take a stroll along Seaham Beach, which is just a 10-minute walk away, or head just a bit further out and explore the Seaham Marina. Feel the power of High Force waterfall or explore 2,000 hectares of woodland at nearby Hamsterley Forest. Stroll through the historic parkland of Hardwick Park in Sedgefield and admire the natural beauty of the lake, woodland and wildlife. In Durham City, escape to one of the numerous green spaces; enjoy a quintessentially English experience at medieval Crook Hall and Gardens, whilst Durham University’s Botanic Garden is a delight throughout the seasons. Or if you fancy staying closer to home, complimentary bike hire and maps are available.
