Package Policies

  • Free cancellation up to 12noon, forty eight hours prior to arrival
  • The from price is based on two adults sharing a Junior Suite.
  • Upgrades to higher suite categories may be available for an additional charge.
  • Suites are available subject to availability on a limited basis.
  • We do ask for first name and surname of all guests who will be staying with us.
  • Dinner is a five course Daily Tasting menu in The Dining Room and is not transferable to The Ozone.
  • Allergies and dietary requirements can be accommodated for with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • We do ask you to reserve a table at the same time as making your overnight stay booking.
  • If you do not select a time for dinner, our team will allocate and confirm in an email confirmation. If this time does not suit, please call ahead of arrival and we may be able to amend it.
  • Your suite is available to check into from 3pm, with departure by 12noon.
  • At Seaham Hall, our Duvets are Feather and pillows Duck & Down, should you wish for an alternative please contact us in advance of your arrival.
  • All hotel guests have complimentary access to our Serenity Spa facilities from 12noon on your day of arrival to 12noon on your day of departure.
  • We actively encourage guests to book any treatments in advance of your arrival as it is unlikely there will be space on arrival. Treatments can be booked direct from our website. If booking online payment will be taken 48 hours prior to arrival from the card entered during the booking process.
  • We require a credit or debit card number to guarantee your reservation. Full payment will required on arrival for the total of your stay.
  • All hotel guests are required to leave a £50 pre-authorisation on a credit card on arrival to open a room account during your stay. This £50 does not leave your account but may show as a pending transaction for up to 10 working days from your arrival.
  • If you wish to use Seaham Hall vouchers as your payment, please do not book online, please call our team on 0191 516 1400. Credit/debit card details will be required to guarantee your booking. Where possible please hand original vouchers to our Reception Team on arrival.
