For the ultimate experience, we recommend vehicles with higher clearance to navigate the picturesque countryside with ease.

Begin your exploration on the ground floor, where a modern kitchen equipped with top-of-the-line amenities awaits. Whether it's a dishwasher, oven, or microwave oven you need, or an array of cooking utensils housed in a well-stocked pantry, everything you require to whip up gourmet meals is at your fingertips. Adjacent to the kitchen, a spacious living room beckons with its cozy fireplace, large dining table accommodating up to 10 guests, and plush seating options including two sofas and an armchair. The convenience continues with a laundry area (sans dryer) and a bathroom featuring a shower.

First Floor - Comfort Meets Elegance

Ascend to the first floor to discover a second expansive living area, complete with another fireplace, a rich collection of books donated by our cherished guests, a TV corner with satellite, and comfortable sofas. The master bedroom, boasting a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom, offers a naturally cool environment, thanks to the villa’s thick walls, eliminating the need for A/C. Another king-size bedroom with A/C, along with a spare bathroom, completes the first-floor offerings.

Second Floor - Serene Living Spaces

The villa’s charm extends to the second floor, hosting two more bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and A/C, and the other with twin beds and A/C, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all.

Outside - A Tuscan Oasis

Step outside to immerse yourself in the beauty of Tuscany. Our inviting swimming pool (9m x 7m, 1.5m deep) is equipped with pool umbrellas and loungers for your relaxation. Please remember to close the umbrellas when not in use. The outdoor experience is enriched with two spacious patios and a traditional BBQ setup (wood provided) for those who enjoy the charm of old-world cooking.
