- Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the trip date: Customers can cancel their booking without penalty if done at least 48 hours before the scheduled trip. - 50% charge for cancellations within 48 hours: Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the trip will incur a 50% charge of the total booking fee. - No refunds for no-shows: If a customer does not show up on the day of the trip without prior cancellation, no refund will be issued. - Minimum participant requirement: *The day trip requires a minimum of 2 participants. If this minimum is not met, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded. *- Trip rescheduling: Changes to the trip date can be made up to 48 hours before the scheduled departure, subject to availability. - Weather-related cancellations: In the event of extreme weather conditions that make the trip unsafe, the trip may be rescheduled or refunded. - Additional charges: Any changes in government taxes or park fees imposed after booking will be passed on to the customer if applicable. - Personal insurance: Customers are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate travel and health insurance for the day trip. - Health and safety regulations: Compliance with health and safety protocols is mandatory, and guests are responsible for following all guidelines provided by the tour guide and reserve authorities.
