Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the activity date: No charges apply if cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled nature walk. Cancellation within 48 hours of activity date: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the activity date will incur a 50% cancellation fee. No-show policy: Failure to show up for the scheduled walk will result in a 100% cancellation fee with no refunds. Activity date changes: Changes to the date of the guided nature walk are allowed free of charge if made at least 72 hours prior to the original booking. Changes within 72 hours may incur a rebooking fee. Weather conditions: If the guided nature walk is canceled due to adverse weather conditions, a full refund will be provided, or the activity can be rescheduled at no extra cost. Taxes and fees: All applicable taxes and fees are included in the package price unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
