Package Policies for Marine Activities at Diani Beach
Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the scheduled activity date. A 50% cancellation fee applies if canceled between 24 and 48 hours before the activity. No refunds for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to the activity. All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes, but additional fees may apply for optional activities or upgrades. Participants must sign a waiver before engaging in marine activities, acknowledging the risks involved. Health and safety guidelines must be followed during activities to ensure the safety of all participants. Insurance is included for the duration of the activities; however, personal insurance is recommended. Weather conditions may affect scheduled activities; in such cases, alternative arrangements will be made or a full refund provided if the activity is canceled. Any changes to the booking must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance to avoid penalties.
